IGF-1会不会在未来用于白癜风治疗上？

几天前在网上瞎搜，发现日本一家基于所谓“IGF-1理论”治疗脱发的专科诊所在治疗一位圆形脱发的女患者时，意外地发现对她的白癜风也有显著作用（原链接：http://www.kclinic.co.jp/news/detail.php?id=6350&page=35 ，手上能有这种效果我觉得很惊讶）

因此我便搜寻了一下目前这种方法有没有用于白癜风治疗，很可惜，几乎没有。不过杭州第三人民医院皮肤病研究所的关翠萍副研究员在18年作为一作发了一篇论文讨论了IGF-1对小鼠HaCaT细胞抗氧化性损伤及褪色的抑制性作用。
研究表明白癜风病变部位的IGF-1水平更低，小鼠实验显示IGF-1可以有效改善H2O2导致的皮肤褪色以及毛囊短缩，这与我最开始发的日本诊所用其治疗脱发并对白癜风有效相吻合。
In this study, lower level of IGF-1 in the lesion was found than that in the donor area of vitiligo patients. IGF-1 improved activation of Nrf2, and inhibited ROS generation and endoplasmic reticulum dilation in HaCaT. C57BL/6 mice were treated with 5% H2O2, and combined with 50μg/kg of IGF-1 pre-treatment or not once every day for 50 c**ecutive days. After 50 days, IGF-1 obviously ameliorated depigmentation of mice skin and reduced hair follicle length, skin thickness and Tyrosinase induced by H2O2. Moreover, IGF-1 significantly suppressed CD8+ T cells infiltration in mice skin, inhibited the production of IL-2 and IFN-γ, and decreased the expression of CXCL10 and CXCR3. Thus, the results indicated that IGF-1 could resist oxidative damage to HaCaT, suppress CD8+ T cells infiltration and pro-inflammatory cytokines secretion, and suppresses the thinning of epidermal layer in vivo. It suggests that IGF-1 inhibits oxidative damage to HaCaT and immunosuppressive effects on CD8+ T cells proliferation and activation to resist depigmentation induced by H2O2. This disclosed its multiple roles in the vitiligo, and shed a light on developing the application potential for IGF-1 in vitiligo. 翻译一下日文日志中医生所写的用药：除服用辣椒素，大豆异黄酮等补剂外，还有花旗松素以及大量的千金藤素（Cepharanthine，150ｍｇ日）

千金藤素（Cepharanthine），白细胞增生药，能促进骨髓组织增生，从而升高白细胞。用于白细胞减少症。 可使外周血白细胞增多，动物实验发现，可明显预防丝裂霉素引起的白细胞减少，但不抑制丝裂霉素的抗癌作用。其作用机制是促进骨髓组织增生，从而产生升高白细胞作用。用于因肿瘤化疗、放疗引起的粒细胞缺乏症和其他原因引起的白细胞减少症。
